Joel Fugate is a trial attorney at Cronus Law that has successfully negotiated, litigated, and tried matters for both plaintiffs and defendants. His cases often involve serious personal injuries, complex contractual disputes, and insurance coverage.
Joel is regularly chosen to handle cases involving scientific and technical expertise. He has represented clients in cases concerning engineering failures, explosions, marine electrical systems, telecom and satellite communications, medical malpractice, and many others.
Joel takes time to educate his clients and advise them of ways to preempt future disputes and protect their interests going forward. Joel also strives learn from each client and ensure they stay updated through every step of their case.
Joel earned his Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he also obtained a graduate certificate in Law, Science, and Technology. During law school, Joel prosecuted patents and trademarks through the United States Patent and Trademark Office and received the CALI Award for excellence in Patent Litigation.
Prior to law school, Joel completed his engineering degree at the University of Tennessee where he was elected President of the men’s rugby team.
